From Nurse Nina: Pick Up Medications Stored at School

Please remember to pick up your child’s medication from our Health Room on your student's last day of school, for most Tuesday, June 16th at 11:00am. Orders for the administration of medication at school are good for one academic year only. Per district policy, students are unable to self-carry their medication home, and the district requests that a parent or authorized adult pick up the remaining medication at the school office on their child’s last day of school. If you can't make it on their last day, the office is open June 17th - 29th from 8:00am to Noon (except the June 19th Juneteenth holiday). Please let the Health Room know if you have any questions.

* Please note: If the mediation your student has is an Epi-Pen or other lifesaving medication, it cannot be picked up while your child is still attending classes.
